This prison have a reputation of being haunted by prisoners. Take a close look at the second picture without the blade. There is some white substance gliding between the two uprights of the guillotine. At the moment of the visit I could feel a cold and worry feeling surrounding me.

I was paying a visit to a prison museum here in Stockholm and brought my camera with me. I took some pictures of a guillotine model. One of the pictures shows blood like substance on the blade. I asked the reception if the manufacturer ever painted blood on the blade. They answered "No its just a model, and there is only some small spots of rust on the front of the blade" That's strange, because this photo shows the backside of the blade. It looks like real blood to me
